Women In Real Estate Development Panel

On Wednesday, October 3, the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development hosted the Annual Fall Lecture: Women in Real Estate Development Panel. The panel of prominent industry experts consisted of Pam Askew, Senior Vice President, WC Smith; Caroline Kenney, Managing Director of Public-Private Ventures, Urban Atlantic; Leila Finucane, Chief Executive Officer, Victory Housing; and Julie A. Smith, Chief Administrative Officer, The Bozzuto Group. Maria Day-Marshall, Director of the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development and Programs in Real Estate, monitored the panel. Topics discussed included the best opportunities for women and minorities in the industry, dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace, and philosophies on work-life balance.
