The 5th Annual Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Real Estate Awards Gala will take place on March 5th, 2019 from 6:00PM - 9:00PM at the Samuel Riggs Alumni Center, with a special presentation from Matt Slepin, Leading Voices in Real Estate.

 

Please join Interim Dean Donald Linebaugh, Architecture, Planning & Preservation; Dean Alexander Triantis, Smith School of Business; and Dean Darryll Pines, Clark School of Engineering, as we recognize the contributions of our honorees towards innovation and entrepreneurship in real estate development.

The 2018 Colvin Case Study Challenge

The Third Annual Colvin Case Study Challenge will be held on Saturday, December 8th from 1:00PM - 7:00PM in Room 1111 of the Architecture Building at the University of Maryland, College Park.

 

Four finalists from around the country will be presenting this day to a panel of industry professionals.

 

The Colvin Case Study Challenge is a national intercollegiate real estate case study competition for full or part-time students enrolled in a college or university real estate program (undergraduate or graduate). The Challenge is to document a recent innovative real estate project within the team’s metropolitan region.

 

The Challenge is designed to hone professional skills and reveal the knowledge base and understanding of markets, project valuation, finance, urban design and sustainability, entitlements processes and operational issues.
