The Shoppes of Easton Point is a retail, restaurant, and marina mixed-use development. The 2-acre site is located on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The development will consist of 49,400 SF of retail, 11,000 SF of public open space, 64,000 SF of parking, 2 parks, and a splash fountain. The proposal offers the creation of a well-loved and cherished public space, using Easton Point’s natural geography as design cues, with an environmentally friendly and sustainable design.
