The Madison, a mixed-use project in Baltimore’s Madison Park neighborhood, is the first phase of the State Center redevelopment effort. The project will feature 200 market rate residential units, 37,600 leasable square feet of retail and 159 parking spots. Convenience shopping and fast casual dining opportunities will now be accessible by both the surrounding communities and the nearly 30,000 employees housed at Maryland’s State Center office complex.
