The Residences at Crab Creek is an upscale continuous care retirement community. The development includes 150 senior apartments, 150 assisted living units, and 24 active adult patio homes. This project will add to job creation, increased tax revenue, wellness housing, and the environment in Annapolis, Maryland. Stormwater will be treated on-site and streets will be of a permeable surface. Because the development will have a limited footptrint, this will aid in forest conservation in the immediate area.
